Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, new launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship across the United States.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, shipping method selected, and order weight. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders during special promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Evarya is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or packages returned due to address errors.
If a package is returned to us, re-shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.

Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
